Rules:

• Sign a new lease for at least 9 months with a move in date on or before 11/27/19.
• Current residents are eligible if they still have at least 6 months left on their current lease contract or if they sign an early renewal.
• The current residents that are up for renewal will be entered into the drawing if they renew for a minimum of 9 months.
• ADDITIONAL ENTRY: an additional entry can be entered by a resident if the resident refers someone to move in and the referral signs a lease for a minimum of 9 months.
